I've only ever ordered bichirs from him (Toyin) but he is legit.

I would trust him to order plecos.

As far as the deal, it's really up to you what a 7 point is worth. not all 7 points are equal.

I had a shipment from him where he was cooperative in getting it to my smaller airport, which was great. Unfortunately one of the two L-95's I ordered wasn't the fish in the 2 photos he sent. It's caudal fin looked like it had regrown incorrectly where the center of it jutted out. Clearly not what I was sent by email, but the fish were in good shape and healthy.
