Compare at 6 feet head, 4000 only pumps 600 gph, 4000HH pumps 800 gph... That's why it's called High Head... We can't just compare the rate at 0 head, since that's not what it's used for...
IMO, if pump is placed external, take Xcuter 4000HH... If pump is place submersible, take my Rio 26HF... Save you some electric money
