WTB: shortnose gar

check snookn21. he had some for a little while. i currently am working on some for myself. they are a harder gar to keep and defenitly a rarer gar in the hobby.

y r they harder to keep plz inform me bc this is my first gar and i really couldnt find much on them
fishfobia has a 23 in in his 600 gallon that is wild caught and as far as keeping it he said it is doing just fine . its not considered a game fish so it will be real hard to find gl hes got a video of it in the in the video forum
they have a tendacy of breaking thier backs. 125g is alittle small cause of this tendacy not cause of thier size. if its ur first gar, talk to snookn21 about getting a florida gar. i highly recondmend him. 125g will work for most of a florida gars life.
shortys arnt too expensive its just finding them.
again to be honest, go with a florida. thats what i did, and i love it. u will never go back.
