WTB So Cal, Would like help finding also: Acrylic tops

Anyone know where to find a top cover for acrylic tanks? I have a 180g that is acrylic and I've been using glass tops and when water evaporate it goes on the glass tops then runs down the front its really annoying.

So anyone know where to buy some online or So cal? Price doesn't matter as long as it fits. Thanks

I'm sure there are several people that make tanks that can help you there. There are actually a few vendors here that make tanks in Cal..

Try calling Jim's Exotic Fish in Long Beach. He can order anything but it may cost you though. I had a custom made dimension 20gal he ordered for me from Clear for Life acrylic. The tank was fantastic.

drill some holes in the glass top it might help a bit.

How do you want the cover? Just a regular acrylic light plate? Or you just want a sheet of fitted acrylic with no holes? Also what are the dimensions, I might be able to get one for you from Clear for Life.

I need to get the dimensions, I want a sheet of fitted acrylic, my tank is Clear for Life and all it came with was the box for the lights. Do you think i can order the lids straight from clear for life?

You can try, but they most likely will refer you to one of their dealers. If you want I can try to get you one or after you try to get one yourself through them. Just let me know. If you need me to get you one, I just need the dimensions. Most likely it's going to be a 72x24 aquarium you need a lid for.

yea it is 6 ft by 2 ft aquarium, im going to see and ill pm you if they refer me to one of there dealers instead of just selling them to me.
