Call your company and demand a phone because yours sucks. They will hook you up with a free phone or give you a huge discount on an expensive one.

my brand new one broke so i told my mom to call.she yelled about it getting S#$$Ty signals and it broke to easy and they said sorry we can do anything for yuo.

I think its cingulars fault, thier signals sometimes weak, especially in the house and that can really damage a cel..try the nokia stores
