don't know where else to ask this.....so where can i buy this type of gravel?

i have seen this type/color very often in "asian" style tanks - but have yet to see it for sale around here.....

grain sized - orange/brownish tint....etc........someones gotta know.....

ANYONE?

hey rich i think i actually have some gravel like this but its for planted tanks. is it similar to the pic? i dunno but just trying to help out

that's flourite, or at least it looks just like it.

If you plan on using it, be aware that it's quite a bit of work to use in a tank.

You need to hand rinse it 3-5 times before you can place it in the tank or it will clog all of your filters with mud and cloud up your tank for months.

Even then anytime it's disturbed it makes a decent mess.

You don't need any unique gravels... Your tank is unique and awesome... Keep it that way
