OP can only bump once every 24 hours.

You're going to have problems finding water sprite in CA. Of the 2 commercially-available species; Water sprite - Ceratopteris thalictroides is illegal, but C. siliquosa is permitted. Most suppliers of this genus of plant have "Not available to CA addresses" in their policies.
