Last I saw these available online was from tangledupincichlids probably 2 years ago. Pretty rare fish to try and find in the nova area though. You might inquire with chicos in falls church. I've seen some surprisingly rare cichlids in there before. Also check in with centreville aquarium. These are the only couple shops in the area i know of who might at least have an idea of what you're talking about when you mention the incan cichlid.
