So does this go back inside or does the fish "poop" it out like stated above? Thanks for all the info and advice!
WTF is comming out of my fish!

It looks like an internal parasite infection to me, like this;

(in more severe cases, a whole cluster of compacted or loose worms may appear out of the fishes anus like in appearance to the thing coming out of your fishes bum, not just a couple of worms).
If what your fish has looks like what the fish in link above, then treating with salt and melafix will do nothing. You should definately treat the fish with an anti internal parasite med straight away, like the one made by Jungle Guard, as such parasites are highly infectious and left untreated will prove fatel.

AH-Hah! I found a much better pic of the internal parasites i am talking about to show you what i mean, here in all their glory are Camallanus worms hanging out in a cluster out of the anus of this poor fish;

They can vary a little in their cluster appearance too;

So yeah, i repeat DO NOT treat your fish with salt and melafix and stuff like others have advised here if what your fish has looks like what the fish have in these links, as it will not cure the fish. Use an anti internal parasite to treat the fish with, anything containing Metronidazole in particular is quite good in my experience, like the med called Fish Zole is good as it contains this ingredient- you can get it off ebay if you can't find it in your lfs/local fish store.

problem is, the pics don't show what looks like a cluster of camallanus at all.
camallanus worms are dark red/blood red.

geez Ill try but its gone again right now. It definately doesn't look like worms or any of those pics. It looks like something that belongs on the inside of the fish. Ill try for a better pic. Maybe wih a flash I can get a close up.
you were saying you were feeding it alot. how much is alot? overfeeding? could be you caused its stomach to explode, especially if you say it looks like something that belongs on the inside...
