looks like brush algae
Does that only grow on plants? I don't see it anywhere else in my tank.

Could it be Fuzz algea?
Fuzz algae:
Grows mostly on plant leaves as separate, short (2-3mm) strands. Considered normal. It might be a less "virulent" form of "beard" algae. Easily controlled with algae eaters such as black mollies, Otocinclus, Peckoltia and siamese algae eaters.
Here is a picture of fuzz:

If I could see it really close I could have a better chance of telling you. But from what I aam able to see it looks like a type of hair algae. And to answer your question, yes it grows on plants and doesnt necessarily affect other parts of the tank. If thats really what it is then you can try manually removing some of it. Some of it and keep doing that over time. Thats what I do and it goes away after awhile. Some people do other things liek give it a bleach bath in 1 part bleach and 19 parts water. If you wanan try that then make sure you do it right because plants can die with this.

Some fish will eat this algae too.

Also, it could even be some type of creature on there. I had some Hydras on my plants like this. Just a small amount though and I took them off, even though they were harmless.

It would be impossible for me to remove it from all my plants.
This plant would be easy, but the others wouldn't be.
It doesn't bother me really. Just want to know what it is. Also hoping it isn't a bad sign.

It looks like that hair algae. You can try rubbing some of it out and do soem water changes and get rid of it that way. The less of it will keep it under control since the live plants would compete for the nutrients. I would tell you to cut pieces off but then that would ruin your particular plants. Try rubbing it off maybe. Some people use a bleach solution and theres also chemicals you can use, but I wouldnt advise using these methods, only if its a last resort and its risky too.

I have some of this algae myself and its reducing with each water change. I cut pieces off and remove some with my hands. Plus I got a pleco, but he doesnt really remove alot of it. Some fish will eat this type of algae.

Looks like the start of what I had

Trying using 2 cap fulls of Excel once a day and get a Siamese algae eater and maybe he will eat some of it, might take a month for him to start eating it though..
