WTF is this goo?!

I setup my new 55 gallon (Previous had a crack) And I moved my other fake plants and ornaments after a brief freshwater bath , Now suddenly im seeing these little white gooey balls sticking to my ornaments. It looks like an underwater ghost and its real sticky

Anyone have an idea what it might be??

Could it be silicone that wasnt completely dry?

Nah its different ive seen it in my 15 gallon that I transferred my ornaments from (after a quick freshwater bath)
