i have small green things growing in the glass of my tank they look like small trees and are so small i cant get a pick of them they just show up as green dots i also have small white worms on my lr and some spots on the glass i was wondering if any body has run into any thing like this befor and if they or any body could identify these things the green things are not hair alge as i have seen this and have this and they look comletly differant . :nilly: somebody please help.

you have any photos of these "spots"?
 
cant get my camera to focus enoph and ya cant realy see any thing but i will keep trying to get a pic
 
white worms are probably harmless. There are LOT of micro-organisms in fish tanks that you can't see too.

Green trees? Can you scrape the off the glass like they were algae or are they stuck on better than that?
 
here are some bad picks told ya i culdnt get my cam to focus. these things are on there like thier glued
 
the stuff growing on the glass is another form of hair algae and the white worms are harmless, but good beneficial scavengers

only if they are competing for nutrients. if you wanna keep the purple you may not wanna use a chemical treatment. i'd just keep scraping if you don't want it in there. probably not gonna do alot of good though.
