Nothing wrong with the story at all. This is how the judicial system works in this country. And they are illegals! sucks how illegal immagrants have more rights and get away with more than actual citizens. Same deal as the gov. Going against arazona. It's the american government way to be ass backwards on everything
While Im all for self defense and the the right to defend your property Im going to play devils advocate. He didnt shoot until they were leaving and the threat to his life has gone. Its like if someone in a public place told you leave or die and instead of leaving you shot them, thats considered murder because you didnt take the peaceful way out. Its a fine line but an important one.
