Whats so weird about it??? For one I think its upside down.
 
I think it's a Guitar fish on it's back. Or an alien from the planet Zoltar, I have caught a few of those...they gave me an anal probe. They determined that there is no intelligent species on our planet...
 
I'done know man , there are some weird thing's at the bottom of the ocean.. but I would'nt be suprised to find out it's fake....
 
I have seen that video before, those fish are real.
