funny thing is I worked so much I was down to 63-64kg with my work clothes on.. all work, no food and no sleep.. I started looking like christian bale from "the machinist" so an alarm clock went of in my head.. now I've been in some pretty intense training and have gained 8 kg or so, haven't been this heavy in 4 years.. haha..
