KC local only no shipping, I picked up a nice 5" red headed Sev the other day to complement the one I already have.. It's not working out the incumbent Sev is picking on the new addition relentlessly. I tried everything, dithers re arranged the tank , added hiding spots..Nada.:irked:. So it's with a reluctant heart I'm looking to trade this Sev locally..........let me know what you have to trade? note my tank set ups to ensure your trade is compatible..:naughty:

Thanks Alby for the bump, hopefully the fish wll make it through another night. Never seen anything this aggressive with Sev's before. He doesn't bother the GS, nor the uaru or any of the dithers.. His radar seems making sure the othe RS doesn't leave the tiny 2" space he's allocated for him.

Placed the timid one in the 180 then he turns into a holy terror in that tank and zero's in on the Dat. So now he's back in the 150 getting pummled into submission. Normally the only problem I've had in the past with Sevs is when they paired up and where guarding eggs..

I was thinking about adding some cons or another sev in the 150 to displace cichlid aggression, what do you think? Add some more target cichlids so hopefully he'll give up?:screwy: or :headbang2
 
sorry to say hes getting pounded in my tank now , my large green was buddies with him but seperation does not make the heart grow fonder apparently im getting rid of my bass tommorrow ill se if he fits in with my dats in the other 180
