I love these guys, but unfortunately they have to go. They are good size, maybe 4-5" maybe more, and work well together. Belly Crawler Pike Cichlid(Crencichla) and bichirs will eat anything that fits in his mouth, thats why he cant go in my planted aquarium as the ottos are quite small. The female Belonesox(Pike Live Bearer/Killfish) is fed market shrimp, live feeders(gambusia,guppies, etc) and live shrimp. The male Belonesox only eats feeder fish. Belly crawler is quite a character, and will flare at a mirror, like a betta. Also, when kept with other belly crawler cichlids he locks jaws with them, so thats probably not recommended. I would love some Bolivian Rams or discus, and would give these guys plus cash for a pair. Or throw at me what you have (i can add cash), im also looking for a fairly large canister filter and plants. Im not to sure if I really want to give up the Belonesox yet, but I most likely will as im trying my luck with aquascaping my 55g.
