I'm nominating xander for his aquatic photography guides as linked below. His threads are absolutely amazing and provided a step by step guide for me to be able to grow from cell phone pictures that were so bad you almost couldn't tell what you were looking at to winning the March 2013 photo contest. Without the dedication and time he contributed to making his photography guides, there's no way in heck I'd have been able to do this. On top of everything else, he's been wonderful about helping members who pester him with questions (like myself).
