Does anyone have pics or feedback on their Xanthic Jags purchased from fish farm?

I saw the pics, in no way is that a managuense, it's a pink convict, or extremely close relative. I'm stunned that you think it might be a xanthic jag, I've seen your fish, you have some beautys. You must know what you're doing. I also find it puzzling that Ken would sell that to you as a managuense. Maybe someone could photoshop your fish and slap it with jag-like colors, then maybe you can see. None of this is making sense to me. Both the buyer and seller have surprised me.

Yeah looks like pink con to me which suprises me Ken is a pretty stand up guy. I looked around and found another cichlid website and seen pretty much the same thing happen.

This can't be good, I can't believe what I've just seen and read. Are people on dope or something?

Anyway, I must go to bed now, gotta get up early and go to work. Hopefully when I get home there will be an explanation that makes sense. And it's not even my fish! But it really bugs me.

I have to say that I would be shocked to hear that this wasn't anything more than a misunderstanding. I think it would probably be better to PM Ken with somehting like this rather than bring it up in a public forum like this. . . just my $0.02

you sure it's not xanthic honduran red point that you bought? that i'd believe but in no way is it a jag. even from the size in the link that modest_man posted the fish is obviously not a jag.

:)

He obviosly sent u the wrong order he knows his fish and wouldn't do that on purpose I agree u should pm him before u started this and I'm sure he will right his mistake..... Davis and rapps are 2 of americas best cichlid breeders and also are only human

I'm 100% sure there was no mix up on what I ordered.Only thing I can figure is maybe there was another fish(like convicts for dithers) in with the Jags when they breed and maybe these are Hybrids.
