Xanto chubby size and color . Does size influence the color

Ive heard xanto or chubbys only color up when almost fully grown? Now I see photos of 5" yellow chubbys?

Right now I can get chubbys but I was told they are black. 3-4" size or 8" bigger ones but they are all black? Im pretty sure all true chubbys turn yellow ? Theirs been confusion of l56 but chubbys are not l56?

I have 100% gold Xantos that are only 3+". I've had 2 6" ones turn dark from 90% gold and the other 4 are 100% gold from 90%.
