i got a new slim xbox for christmas and its making me put in a password to sign in to my account but i dont know the password and the email that i have as my windows live id got deactivated when we switched from wow to comcast. i tried to call micrfosoft but i couldnt get an actual person to talk to. I really need some help on how to get my profile because it has 3 years of stufff on it, thanks and merry christmas.
