Has anyone used a Gyre wavemaker like this in their large (400G+) tanks to help with circulation. If so do you leave it on 24/7 or turn it on for 20 minutes a day. Just curious and looking to get better/efficient circulation in my tank and future tank.

Haven't used one in a giant tank but I used one in my 150g tank that was 6' long and it pushed water from one end of the tank to the other relatively easily. It was on a reef system so I had it pulse on/off continuously 24/7 the entire time I had it set up with no issues.
