For your father in-law i was going to suggest trying to find an original slide from one of his favorite cartoons and then have it framed, but with that budget, i highly doubt you'd be able to find an original one unless your extremely lucky...

Mother in-law; not too sure... i guess you can see if you can find a nice piece of custom jewelry from somewhere, although not sure how cheap / expensive it will be in the amazon ;)
