Followed the manual on how to prime, setup, etc, it has been up and running now for 4 hours. Really quiet, but every 30 seconds or so a burst of bubbles come out of the output and it sounds like its almost restarting if that makes sense. There are no leaks or anything weird, Ive tried looking online and read the manual and am confused. Is there an issue here or is this how they operate? Thank you

Try tilting it side-to-side and front-to-back. Sometimes air gets trapped inside the motor housing. Little shake should get it right out.
