Every 10 seconds or so it shoots out a bunch of bubbles, running fine? Anyone know the way to solve this??

Sounds like air is getting in. I would open the lid and close it back up and see what happens

So I took it all apart and put it back together seems to be working fine now thanks

That is also a common sign of the impeller o-ring not sealing properly. If it doesn't make a complete seal the intake and output will mix and cause bubbles. I would inspect it if the issue continues and if so order the gasket kit. They can be had for $10 usd off of amazon. Gasket takes less than 5 minutes to install.
Also check the cap at the top of the inlet assembly. No 1 cause of air getting in the canister and an easy fix, Tighten and it's done.
