Like my title says my XP3 is leaking out of the power cord hole. I replaced both O-rings...the leaked seemed to stop temporarily....but now is back. What else would cause this? Too much media? I have just the standard foam blocks in the bottom...the middle is all Seachem Matrix and the top is crushed coral for buffering...help please!

what was wrong with mine was that i had the lid for the top tray on the wrong way which caused the leakage you should rotate the lid then see what happens

Were they the o-rings on the quick disconnects that you replaced?

Same thing happen to mine. Anyone out there no how to fix this?

If its leaking from the power cord hole water is getting inside the sealed housing. Check for hairline cracks in the impeller housing area as well as around the two tubes that are in the top. (The area where the quick disconnect attaches). If it is a crack you could try some repair with fish safe epoxy after prepping the area well. Otherwise if it's out of warranty there is not much to be done. On the XP series canisters always be sure to not attach the lid when the filter is full of water, it creates stresses in the latches as well as internally.
