Just got my xp3 from big als and im going to run ehiem substrat in top 2 baskets. my ?is should i put it in bags or directly in the baskets? this is my first canister and any other tips would be greatly appreciated

i would say both ways have there pros. directly in the basket would insure no bypass, but in a bag makes for eaisier maintainence
