XR won the aquabid auction for the hoplias aimara. Now we have access to an endless supply of aimara pics. You should all congratulate him.

Now seriously, how often are quality samples found around here in the US?

thanks guys fish pics will come soon, just have to prepare his temperary setup until his indoor pond comes in, and then the fish will be picked up and delivered to his new home.
 
"dookie" on this website has pics of his 31" Vz in the photo lounge if anybody want to see a simalar speicimen to what this guy will look like soon. this is one of 3 i have seen on the east coast, all the others were imported for sharkaquarium, a vendor here but i had not seen him sell any of his fish, i believe he had a 19" and a 25" er in stock, there not cheap so i can see why. $2000+ each
