are these things safe to download and do they slow down a laptop bad?I just want the clock and weather I think,unless you can tell me some cooler ones.

i dont download nothing unless its from mcaffee or comcast... there are exceptions but thats what i stick with...
don't use them, they are big brother tools. and yes they slow down your pc. because thy monitor everything you do.
