This loach is a one fish wrecking crew. I dare say a large blue loach could easily handle most monster fish with ease. Those eye spikes are outrageous!

They're one of the most aggressive punks.lol They make nice tankmates with tiger and skunk loaches.
I've got 4 modesta in with 5 yoyo's along with 3 SD's and a KKP and GT in a 75gal and they stick to themselves.
I will be combining tanks soon into a 180gal, so the loaches above will meet another 3 yoyo's. LFS has a few larger sized modesta that I may have to bargain for when I move to the larger tank.
