Just wondering if anyone could explain why my pbass "yawns". I'm not worried about anything but I was just wondering why they do it.

Nah seriously how's the oxygen in the tank? Lack of oxygen could be a reason, however yawning is a normal practice for fish..

Oxygen should be good. I got a real waterfall going into thier tank. Oh and I yawn cause im sleepy. Do you want me to ask my fish why he yawns? lol

pbass yawn when theirs low amounts of oxygen.
my pbass also yawn alot after eating or when theyre hungry and see me.

Take a pic...they look sweet when they yawn. They are doing stretch excercises w/ their mouth so they can eat bigger meals..lol!
