After waiting nearly 3 months due to being made and having various back problems which have prevented delivery it is finally here my new 250 US gallon aquarium. Now just got to set it up which may be a slow process as I am limited on what I am able to do.It took 6 mates to lift it in for me but worth every pennny of the beer it cost me lol.
But still very very happy.:D

I will be doing a thread on the setup but may take a while due to the limits on what I can do due to my back but cant wait to get it set up.

Well to start with the current stock from my 100,5 clown loaches,3 polkadot loaches,5 male conga tetra's,5 SAE,1 synodontis and 2 opaline gouramis although they may be rehomed not sure yet.Not really sure what else I am going to add,I like the idea of a fire eel of maybe a BGK to suggestions but must be fairly community friendly.

Yeah still has the new tank smell, had the lid propped open since it got here trying to get rid of the silicon smell.
It will be set up with a sump, running a herbie style overflow, and big eheim canister all hard plumbed through the base of the tank so everything can be removed from the display area.
It will also have this bit of bogwood as a feture.

There will also be some other really nice bits of wood and plenty of plants.

Looks awesome Joe! I LOVE that wood! If your looking for peaceful but interesting community fish, have a look into the genus Geophagus. Eartheaters are beautiful, grow to a decent size and are very active. They also keep the sand stired and keep left over food off the bottom.
