I ordered three babies from infinite... the little 4 inchers. And the effin post office messed everything up. This is why I *LOVE* this species... they've been in their own little baggie with maybe 2 cups of water since Tuesday night, with a heat pack that wasn't even hot anymore.... and they're ALIVE. Supposed to arrive next day on Thursday. My mailman was all excited - "they're here! I brought your babies!" - I showed him the packing sheet saying the due delivery time and he started apologizing for the entire USPS all over himself. Pretty funny. I'll get pix of the little guys later - one has really really nice stripes, one has a gorgeous long pretty tail, and the third I'm too worried about to notice it's markings yet. Pretty thin, not swimming well (which to be honest, I am not upset about - I thought they'd all be dead... so 2 healthy and 1 looking somewhat shady is absolutely fine with me). Going to name them Alvin, Theodore and Simon :)

So your the one that got em!!!!!! I was trying to get a group order set up and when I was ready to pull the trigger poof they were gone!!!!! Ok hurry up and show me pics of my fish that you are keeping....
 
Congrats, glad they made the trip, polypterus are truly hardy fish. Post pics, CB Endlis are always so unique.
 
nice, you should drive down to san antonio and buy my collection! lol
