I am faced with selling my 75 gallon tank because my wife and I bought a salt water setup. Therefor I am having to say goodbye to my bass.........Unless I found a tank setup for $150 then I could purchase that for the bass. (as stated by the wife)

DUDES AND DUDETS I found a 95 Gallon Setup with everything (stand, heater, filter, lights, ETC) for 150 bucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Plus I also got a 30 gallon salt water set up for free (needs a little work but probably no more then $50 worth). He just threw it in. This guy is moving and needed to sell it fast and said to me. "I didn't even know this was such a good deal, but I'll honor it for you." (GREAT GUY)!!!! Now I can sell the 75 gallon but still keep my bass!!!!

SWEET DEAL EH?!!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!!

I AM SIKED!!!!:headbang2 :headbang2 :headbang2 :headbang2

Sounds nice how wide is the tank? That can last him sometime but his gona need that 3feet mark to become a old timer.

Yeah I got it all set up last night. Beautiful tank!! Its 48 inches wide 25 inches deep and 18 inches back to front.

He also gave me all his fish. Not something that I neccessarily wanted but I can find a good home for them. Nice BIG oscar and an even bigger pleco.

Very cool. once I get it entirely set up...ie: all the plants and logs and aqualandscaping then I'll post some pictures.

Where's the pics? :headbang2

They will come for soon for sure. I'll probably get to it all this weekend. I need to get rid of these other fish first. Right now the tank is MASSIVELY over stocked.

Stay tuned.

Thats good to see things worked out for you! Now I need some of that luck to come my way

BTW, Was that deal listed on Seattle craigslist?
I'm in the SW corner of Wa. and wondered how I could'ave missed it??!

LOL

Yeah it was in the South King County Section. Honestly it was only on CL for about 2 hours. I saw it and FORTUNATELY the guy lived 10 minutes from my work and only 15 minutes from my house so I left work right away on a "BREAK" brought him the money and picked it up after work.

I got SO lucky. He said a guy called when I was on my way and said, "I'll take it. I don't even need to look at it." but the seller said I had first dibs!!!!!!

Did you see the 100 gallon acrylic with stand, filter, heater for $150 about two weeks ago. I was a too late on that one.

Have to be careful and make sure they hold water (I usually only look at tanks that are currently set up) but there are some SWEET deals on CL.
