I am trying to compile a list of things that you need to replace over the year with a marine tank, and I was wondering if you all could help me to figure if I am missing anything. Here is the list so far:

- Lighting
- Food
- Carbon
- Salt Mix
- RO DI Cartridges
- B-Ionic supplements
- 20% fish loss
- Filter Floss

I can't think of anything else right now but that is what I have.. Can anyone else add to this list? Anything you would use in a year as an ongoing cost?

Thanks in advance

well in my house thats a pretty solid list of stuff used, within a year. only thing to add to that is, how do i get money back in my pocket lol.

i need to buy salt more than 1x a year
20% yearly stock loss?? WOW! no offence but you must suck as a fish keeper... or keep only 5 fish

LOL I try to keep much loss to even less then that but I needed to work with a number that's all. And The I def need salt more then once a year this is more for through out the year what do you need to run as on going expenses running fish.

ongoing cost.... electricity bill. If you cannot account for the increase because of the added lighting. Do not get into a SW tank.
