Yellow African deteriorating...? Someone have an idea...help!

I have a 75g with various Africans and all are very healthy and active. But, I have one Yellow Lab that is kinda rotting, right in front of me. water parameters are excellent and no other fish is exhibiting this crap.
He is swimming at the top, wont really eat, and his fins are horrible. This all happened over a 5-7 day period. here are some pics.

He looks just plain old beat up to me. I would look for aggression issues.
 
Looks like aggression. I just lost a yellow lab yesterday due to aggression, and it looked very similar to yours.

Isolate it (tank divider, breeder net, different tank), add salt.
 
I have alittle 15g with 1" Geo's in it, will he recover in there. UR right, I got a big guy that is being nasty.
 
can I put my beat up mbuna in a small 15g with little geos so he can recover or not?
