We have seen many yellow Channa with normal eyes here as well as white Channa with normal eyes. Everyone calls it leucistic Channa, but is it leucism or xanthism?

Leucism is the reduction of multiple types of pigment this results in white coloration of the animal however eye color may remain normal. Albinism only reduces melanin, since other pigments aren't affected Albino animals can appear cream or even yellowish but not quite yellow and their eyes are pink to red. Xanthism is when yellow pigmentation dominates the animal such as in the Channa pictured Channa so IMO the Channa pictured is Xanthic.

+1 , that's xanthic
