Hey I just got this one, it's about 10cm long... any1 know anything about it? (name, if it's aggressive or not...)

Hard to tell with the pic, but I would guess male.

As said it is hard to tell. (More just too young.) But I too would lean on the male side.

That fish is a killer. It attacks the gills. What do you have in the tank with it?

i just got a new tank 2 weeks ago and it's finally ready (cycle)... so i don't have much in my 175g tank. i have 3 texas cichlids and that 1. i have my finals now but as soon as i finish i'm plannin on gettin an arowana and more fish. any suggestions?!

u say it's a killer?! it really doesnt look that aggressive... the texans r 3 times smaller and they're chasing him...

no its not a peacock, as has been said before its a Metriaclima estherae (aka red zebra)

i have one just like it but with a black streak on the top fin. i had no idea what type it was but they're really pretty, mine befriended my firemouth and baby parrot, mine isn't mean at all and he's about 4.5 inches
