beautiful fish, but most folks just call them "ternetzi"s

Two piranhas in one tank generally isn't considered the wisest idea though; these setups often end up with just 1 piranha, eventually.

Aren't these just piraya? I hate it when they change names on me. 4-6 are a lot safer than 2. Good luck, maybe you have a pair. When I say just it means no dis, these are the "Man-eaters" check Axelrrods Atlas

upon looking into the issue more I suppose they must be piraya, i just wasnt aware piraya could get that level of color on them till now.

Not a piraya at all.... it´s a Pygocentrus nattereri with no doubts... This yellow belly variation is still a nattereri, but some call them ternetzis....
