The more regularly you feed the faster they will grow. I tend to feed my fry 3-4 times per day to get them growing and I also like to have them in a tank away from the bigger fish. If in with the big fish they tend to not get enough food and then take quite awhile to size. I would say any where between 3-6 months depending on how they are fed and kept. You will also find that some tend to grow a lot faster than others. I have a single fish remaining from a batch I sold about 3 months ago and it is barely 2-3 cm in length. It was in my main tank and never seemed to get food. It has more than doubled in size since being removed and put with other fry. :naughty: :woot: :clap :headbang2

Like scotty said it depends on a lot of different things. Best thing to do is move them to a seperate tank and feed them often with a good quality food. Also regular water changes will help as well.

If you are able to, which I do, is as some of the fry will grow faster, take them out and move them to another tank that way you can seperate out the fast growers and more agressive eaters. That way the smaller less agressive fish can catch up in size.

Try to feed them 3-4 times daily, but don't overfeed or your tank will suffer. Brine shrimp either live or frozen definetly helps a lot too. Don't forget frequent water changes definetly help in the growth of young fry.
