If you can, seperate her out to a tank with a rock pile all on her own. She won't feed until she spits her young in a safe place. She is less likely to do this if she feels others will eat her young. Once she spits, then she will continue to stay close by, and protect the sac fry and young swimmers as long as she can keep them together. She will feed while she is doing this.
I've found that leaving them in a community tank, is hard on holding females as they are usually harassed by aggressive males still wanting to spawn. Since she wont feed she quickly uses up her fat reserves and is in danger of becoming weakened enough that she could sucumb to disease.
