I went to my lfs and in a tank they had two (rare yellow pbass) for $250.00 each. They are about 7" but didnt look any diffrent then a mono so i am wondering is there such a thing as a rare yellow pbass??

Sounds like Bahia kelberi possibly but you'd have to have pix how can we id something we can't see?
Go to attachments and browse for the pic then uPload theres a thread on here somewhere..try the frequently asked questins forum....the cichla ur talkimg about is a kelberi...they get gold spangling wen larger like 9-10in some earlier some later....the extent of the the gold spangling depends on the individual fish itself

yea i went to my lfs and i saw they had two rare pbass that were pure black with pink dots i took photos too but lost my camera when i was feeding my crocodiles bahhaaa come on dood post pic or it didnot happen
corso, my son says you can email them from your phone to your email account. then you can save em on your computer.
