Yellow Perch and American Eels

I'm in Mass, willing to ship or meet. I have a local CB source for American Eels, approx a foot or bigger, or a bit smaller, and one Yellow Perch, approx 4 inches. The Perch does not fit in any of my tanks - so he's not becoming the fish he really should be.
He was not caught here, so I would prefer not to release him even though he is native.
He has not eaten anything (Again, he doesn't fit in) but he would eat worms, or small fish. The Eels are eating squid, cut fish, shrimp, meaty foods.
No pics, sorry. I can meetup/deliver, if it's worth it.
Trade for pretty much anything fish related. The worst that will happen is, I'll say no thanks.
