I was wondering if I could keep a Yellow Perch (Perca flavescens ~ native fish) in a 220 with my Dats, I know it is a cold water fish but do you think it could live in 78*-82* water and co-exist with my Dats?

I've kept our European Perch (P. fluviatilis) in the past-they don't like the higher temps.
I kept mine years ago on its own-grew fast on earthworms and would approach the glas for these. I don't suspect they would be that aggressive-the issue would be the temp.
