yellow rock angel

i Do believe that is what she is called ,
but anyways she seems to have a white look to her .. she is yellow with a black spot on her side but she has this white look to her .. she is very skinny and seems to swim slower than the other fish , she also tries to stay away from the other fish.. doesnt look beat up or anything .. what do you think it is and what can i do about it??!!!!

sorry to hear but im guessing u have a Holocanthus tricolor or a rock beauty, they are shy and a deep water fish, they have very poor survival rates because they arn't readily going to accept prepared foods, u can try ur best to feed it but it is more likely going to wither and die.
