Yellow-Spotted Salamanders

I have 2 they are about 4". i dont have any pictures at the moment but they are $5 each or $8 for both plus shipping. i will try to get pictures up as soon as i get home tomorrow, should be around 6 pm or so.

as far as i know, they do have yellow spots they are just smaller, im assuming because they are juveniles :)
 
Did you catch those yourself? Where about? They look like Jefferson's or Blue spotted salamanders to me but your info says you live in TN and I don't believe either species is found there.
 
aren't salmanders illegel to keep because they are endangered,if not i might get them:)
 
I dont believe all salamanders are endangered. There could be certain types that are endangered. I have caught the yellow spotted (pic i posted above) and kept them as pets when I was younger.

i caught them in Georgia last week. :)

And i dont that salamanders are endangered/illegal because i found them online for about $15 each.
 
Yea you can find them online for sale. But it is illegal to transport wild animals from one state to another though. I almost got busted for this one time with some newts. They threatened to call the EPA on me.
