I have 3 large barbs in a 180 gallon tank. Each is at least 8 inches long, and very active. Got them at the local fishi store for $20 each. I am thinking about a tankemate for them. The store has a 4 inch gold severum, and a 5 inch Paratilapia polliini. I would really like to try the pollini. My tank is a bare bottom as this is what I prefer. I do have some extra large driftwood submerged in a barrel to get them to sink. Would the pollini be a good choice or should I look for something else ?
