i see you are located in hawaii, any chance its one of your wild lukani?

my first instincts are occell or mono or a hybrid of the two (more mono cuz at that size id expect red eyes on an occell)

so imma say mono, but im sure someone will come along with a more specific and solid id

bought at LFS as occell at 1.5" now pushing 5" thinking Mono but either way nice fish to keep, eat like hogs

the irregular bars say occell to me (but thats bad id practice) and the head shape says mono.....

if its from a LFS perhaps its one of the captive hybridy ones....

idk, either way nice fish cant wait till my current batch of cichla grow that big
