I picked this female up today from my friend to play with. the person that sold the fish to her said it was a red shock monkey. what do we think yes/no?

Not at all. Red shock would be more red/purple and be more vieja based. Probably just your everyday devil/midas.

doesnt look like any devil/midas ive seen. it is shaped a lot like one though, maybe it just has a lot of midas

After seeing the new pics, it's definitely not a RD/midas, but I'd guess it probably has devil/midas in it.

Yup its a red shock or nicely color rose queen. Good find.
Those are excellent for breeding projects.

Too much devil/midas in it. I wouldn't consider it as a Red Shock. Take a good look at other Red Shock out there.
