This is a 46 gallon tank there are 2 piranhas, 2 pacus, 2 oscars, and a pictus catfish should i buy a new tank for the oscars and the catfish and then put more piranhas into the tank?

Piranha do best in a shoal of around 6? if i remember right and that requires around 125gallon

Pacu get to 3 feet and require a tank around 10' or longer and at least 4'high and 4'wide

A single Oscar requires a 75gallon. 2 Oscars together require at least a 125.

Pictus cats like to school in groups of at least 5 and I'm not sure on tank size here.

46 way to small. Pacu and oscar can't be with the piranhas. Pick what fish you like better and buy a bigger tank.

This!
A 46 gallon tank isn't big enough for anything you mentioned.

They can shoal in a group or 4+ sometimes if ur lucky 3.

Red belly piranha require a 55gallon minimun and eventually a 75gallon.

You need to buy atleast 2 tanks for all these fish! Start saving

Hey I have a 72 gallon aquarium with 2 Bolivian rams, 2 geophagus surinamensis, 2 geophagus jurupari, 4 silver scat, there all less the 2 inches long and none of them are currently fighting, I want to get 2 discus fairly bigger than the others but I don't know of they will fight or not. Anybody know if this will work?
